Church & Dwight in York, PA is seeking a Warehouse Associate to assist the Warehouse Coordinator in directing workflow and scheduling within a fast-paced distribution center.

The role requires a high school diploma, 2 years of distribution experience, and forklift familiarity. Shifts run Thursday–Sunday with potential overtime; pay is $28.34 base plus $1.25 shift differential per hour.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 2 years of distribution operations experience in a fast-paced environment.
• Preferred experience working on a standup forklift.
• Mechanical and technical ability with troubleshooting and PMs.

Responsibilities

• Promotes safety culture and adheres to plant safety policies.
• Directs product workflow from stretch wrappers to storage locations.
• Maintains adequate supply of empty pallets for palletizer use.
• Coordinates changeovers of palletizers and stretch wrappers.
• Coordinates end of work orders with Operators and other personnel.
• Ensures line clearance during changeover to new work order.
• Operates, maintains, troubleshoots PMs on palletizers, stretch wrappers, PLS and related equipment.
• Provides raw materials to equipment such as stretch wrap and labels.
• Inspects pallets against quality standards.
• Assists with training and certification as needed.
