Job summary

Church & Dwight in York, PA is seeking a Palletizer Operator for the C shift (nights) to support a fast-paced distribution facility. You will assist the Warehouse Coordinator with directing work flow and scheduling, ensuring safe palletizing operations and efficient use of equipment.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED and 2 years in distribution operations, including forklift operations and WMS familiarity.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 2 years in distribution operations including equipment, materials, workflow, WMS and forklift operations.

Responsibilities

• Promote safety culture and follow plant safety policies.
• Direct product workflow from stretch wrappers to storage locations.
• Maintain pallets and coordinate palletizer changeovers.
• Assist with end of work orders and line clearance during changeover.
• Operate, troubleshoot, and perform PMs on palletizers, wrappers, and labeling systems.
• Provide raw materials to equipment as needed.
• Inspect pallets for quality and document results.
• Assist training and certification programs.
