Qualifications

• 2 years of experience in distribution operations, including equipment, materials, workflow, WMS and forklift operations in a fast-paced distribution environment.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Preferred standup forklift experience and ability to troubleshoot equipment.

Responsibilities

• Promote safety culture and adhere to all plant safety policies.
• Direct product workflow and manage changeovers for palletizers and stretch wrappers.
• Maintain pallets and supplies for palletizers and the labeling system.
• Perform preventive maintenance and troubleshoot equipment as needed.
• Coordinate with Manufacturing and operations to end work orders.
