Job summary

Church & Dwight Co., Inc. in York, PA is hiring a Night Shift Forklift Operator to support high-volume distribution operations. The role runs Monday–Friday, 9:30pm–6:00am with a $26.71/hour base wage plus $1.00/hour shift differential.

You will palletize, pick and load outbound orders, operate stand-up forklifts, and use WMS to ensure accurate shipments while maintaining safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Six months forklift experience in a fast-paced warehouse.
• WMS experience is preferred.
• Stand-up forklift experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Promote safety culture and follow plant safety policies.
• Ensure accuracy of incoming/outgoing shipments per schedule.
• Assist with inventory checks and cycle counts.
• Operate stand-up forklifts and other material handling equipment.
• Use WMS to manage assigned tasks.
• Perform case picks and pallet loading per orders.
• Label pallets per customer requirements and document lot codes.
• Assist with training and certification programs.
