Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Six months forklift experience in a fast-paced warehouse.

Responsibilities

• Promote a safety culture and follow plant safety policies at all times.
• Ensure accuracy of incoming/outgoing shipments according to schedule (SKU and quantity).
• Assist with inventory management including cycle counts and physical inventories.
• Safely operate material handling equipment including stand-up forklifts and pallet jacks.
• Utilize WMS for assigned work and perform case picks with voice-to-pick system.
• Label pallets per customer requirements and ensure proper loading patterns.
• Assist with training and certification programs as needed.
• Other duties as assigned.
