Job summary

Silgan Containers Mfg Corp in Edison, NJ seeks motivated manufacturing associates to operate equipment and support production goals. This role offers steady shifts and opportunities for wage growth through our Drive to Zero Injuries initiative.

You will join a team focused on safety, quality, and efficiency while upholding regulatory and company standards. As a member of our Edison facility, you will perform production tasks, document results, and participate in ongoing safety and training

• Manufacturing work experience preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
