Silgan Containers in Wisconsin is hiring a Production Worker to join our 12-hour shift rotation (6 to 6) with days, nights, and weekends. No experience is required, and starting pay is $21.70/hour plus overtime. You will perform janitorial duties on the can line and support plant maintenance.

• Must be able to read and follow English instructions.
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds and stand on concrete floors for extended periods.

• Perform janitorial duties at the can line, end line, office areas, restrooms, and cafeteria to maintain an orderly plant.
• Assist in plant maintenance as directed.
• Relieve breaks for other positions (e.g., Palletizer Operator and End Line Equipment Operator).

What you’ll do:

• The ability to occasionally lift, push or pull 50 pounds, and stand on concrete floors for extended periods
