Propak Corporation is seeking a Warehouse General Labor - Pallet Sorter on A1 shift in Ochelata, OK. You will inspect and sort pallets, ensure quality, and support production goals. This role suits someone comfortable with physical work, detail-oriented tasks, and teamwork.

The position offers a starting pay of $17 per hour with scheduled progression and benefits. Work hours are 6am–4:30pm Tuesday through Friday, with opportunities for growth and health coverage options.

Qualifications

• Strong attention to detail and ability to identify defects and specific criteria in pallets.
• Ability to perform repetitive physical tasks accurately and efficiently.
• Commitment to maintaining a clean, organized, and safe workspace.
• Experience in a fast-paced environment with ability to meet production rates.
• Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.

Responsibilities

• Safely remove lodged or adjacent debris from incoming pallets.
• Manually sort pallets by hand in a neat and orderly fashion based on type and condition criteria.
• Inspect pallets thoroughly while sorting to ensure all quality criteria are met.
• Maintain a clean and orderly work area throughout the shift.
• Maintain an established rate per hour to ensure productivity, efficiency, and safety.
• Maintain safe working conditions by following guidelines and procedures for handling equipment and material.
• Comply with all Propak policies, procedures, and federal and state safety rules.
• Assist with other duties as assigned to support and improve overall team operations.
• Adjust to new reporting relationships, work assignments, or schedules to meet company needs.
• Cooperate and work well with team members and management, maintaining clear and open communication.
• Consistent and reliable attendance at work is an essential function of this job.
