PLA is seeking a Warehouse General Labor Pallet Sorter for Day Shift C in Oklahoma City to support pallet sortation, movement, and quality checks ensuring shipments meet standards.

You'll work with a team to maintain clean, safe workspaces, perform repetitive tasks accurately, and address defects promptly while following established procedures and schedules.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Strong attention to detail with ability to identify defects.
• Ability to perform repetitive physical tasks safely.

Responsibilities

• Safely sort pallets by type and quality to meet production goals.
• Inspect pallets for damage and defects before processing.
• Maintain a clean, organized work area throughout the shift.
• Remove debris and ensure pallets meet PLA standards.
• Operate within safety guidelines and company policies.
• Meet hourly productivity targets and report issues.
• Collaborate with team and management; communicate clearly.
