Job summary

PLA and its Family of Companies in Bentonville, AR is seeking a Warehouse General Labor Pallet Sorter. You will inspect and sort pallets by type and condition, identifying damaged items and ensuring safety and efficiency to meet production goals.

The role requires attention to detail, comfort with repetitive physical tasks, and teamwork. Pay starts at $13.50 per hour with guaranteed progression and benefits including daily and weekly pay, PTO, healthcare options, and a 401(k) with employer

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift pallets repeatedly.
• Experience in fast-paced production environments is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Safely removing debris and sorting pallets by type and condition.
• Inspecting pallets to ensure quality criteria are met and identifying defects.
• Maintain a clean, organized work area and follow safety guidelines.
• Meet production rates while cooperating with team members.
