Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Able to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive physical tasks.
• Detail-oriented with ability to identify pallets defects or criteria.
• Experience in fast-paced environments and meeting production rates.

Responsibilities

• Safely remove debris from incoming pallets.
• Manually sort pallets by type and condition criteria.
• Inspect pallets to ensure quality criteria are met.
• Maintain a clean and orderly work area during shift.
• Maintain productivity, efficiency, and safety at established rate.
• Follow Propak policies and safety guidelines and report issues as needed.
