Job summary

Rehrig Pacific is seeking dedicated pallet sorters for our Grove City, OH warehouse to help ensure safe, accurate pallet handling in a fast-paced, hands-on environment. You will inspect pallets, classify by manufacturer and quality, and support our production flow with a strong eye for detail.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required or equivalent work experience.
• Experience in production-based warehouse or manufacturing environment preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 70 lbs and perform repetitive tasks.
• Familiarity with pallet jacks; forklift experience is a plus (training provided).

Responsibilities

• Sort pallets by manufacturer, quality, and grade through visual inspection.
• Identify and assess repair needs using established criteria.
• Meet production goals while maintaining high standards of quality.
• Follow safety protocols to help achieve PTZ goals.
• Support team by performing other duties as assigned by site leadership.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace (“Clean as You Go”).
• May operate a forklift safely and efficiently (certification provided).

Shift Details: Tuesday - Friday, 4:30 PM - 3:00 AM

We’re looking for dedicated individuals to join our warehouse team as Pallet Sorters — a key role in keeping our operations running smoothly and safely.

What You’ll Do

• Sort pallets by manufacturer, quality, and grade through visual inspection.
• Identify and assess repair needs using established criteria.
• Meet production goals while maintaining high standards of quality.
• Follow safety protocols to help us achieve our Plan To Zero (PTZ) goals.
• Support your team by performing other duties as assigned by site leadership.

What You Bring

• Experience in a production-based warehouse or manufacturing environment preferred.
