Job summary

Rehrig Pacific Company in Ohio is seeking a dedicated Pallet Sorter to keep our warehouse operations running smoothly. You will inspect pallets, sort by manufacturer and quality, and assist with repairs as needed in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• Familiarity with pallet jacks; forklift experience is a plus (training provided).
• Ability to lift up to 70 lbs and perform repetitive physical tasks.
• Experience in a production-based warehouse or manufacturing environment preferred.
• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Sort pallets by manufacturer, quality, and grade through visual inspection.
• Identify and assess repair needs using established criteria.
• Meet production goals while maintaining high standards of quality.
• Follow safety protocols to help us achieve our PTZ goals.
• Support your team by performing other duties as assigned by site leadership.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace (Clean as You Go).
• May operate a forklift safely and efficiently (certification provided).
