Job summary

Rehrig Pacific Company, Inc. in Mount Crawford, VA is seeking Pallet Sorters to join our warehouse team. This role focuses on sorting pallets, inspecting for quality, and ensuring production goals are met in a fast-paced environment.

You will operate pallet jacks, potentially forklift equipment with training provided, and adhere to safety protocols as part of our Plan To Zero initiative. We offer comprehensive benefits and opportunities for growth in a family-oriented company.

Qualifications

• Familiarity with pallet jacks.
• Forklift experience is a plus (training provided).
• Experience in a production-based warehouse or manufacturing environment preferred.
• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Sort pallets by manufacturer, quality, and grade through visual inspection.
• Identify and assess repair needs using established criteria.
• Meet production goals while maintaining high standards of quality.
• Follow safety protocols to help us achieve our Plan To Zero (PTZ) goals.
• Support your team by performing other duties as assigned by site leadership.

Shift Details: Saturday-Monday, 6 am - 6:30 pm

Pay: $18.00/hour

What You’ll Do

• Sort pallets by manufacturer, quality, and grade through visual inspection.

What You Bring

• Ability to lift up to 70 lbs. and perform repetitive physical tasks.
• Experience in a production-based warehouse or manufacturing environment preferred.
• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience preferred.
