Job summary

Rehrig Pacific is seeking dedicated Pallet Sorters to join our Mount Crawford, VA warehouse team. This full-time role involves sorting pallets by manufacturer, quality, and grade, performing visual inspections, and maintaining production flow.

You will lift up to 70 lbs, operate pallet jacks with forklift training provided, and follow safety protocols to support PTZ goals. We offer great benefits and opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• Familiarity with pallet jacks; forklift experience is a plus (training provided).
• Ability to lift up to 70 lbs and perform repetitive physical tasks.
• Experience in a production-based warehouse or manufacturing environment preferred.
• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Sort pallets by manufacturer, quality, and grade through visual inspection.
• Identify and assess repair needs using established criteria.
• Meet production goals while maintaining high standards of quality.
• Follow safety protocols to help achieve PTZ goals.
• Support the team by performing other duties as assigned by site leadership.
