Job summary

Rehrig Pacific is seeking motivated team members to join our warehouse as Pallet Sorters in Virginia. The role supports operations by sorting pallets, inspecting quality, and meeting production goals in a fast-paced environment.

Expect early hours Tuesday to Friday, with a starting pay of $17 per hour and comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, PTO, holidays, 401k/ESOP, profit sharing, and tuition reimbursement.

Qualifications

• Ability to lift up to 70 lbs.
• Experience in a production-based warehouse or manufacturing environment preferred.
• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Sort pallets by manufacturer, quality, and grade through visual inspection.
• Identify and assess repair needs using established criteria.
• Meet production goals while maintaining high standards of quality.
• Follow safety protocols to help achieve PTZ goals.
• Support the team by performing other duties as assigned by site leadership.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace ("Clean as You Go").
• May operate a forklift safely (certification provided).

What You’ll Do

• Sort pallets by manufacturer, quality, and grade through visual inspection.

• Follow safety protocols to help us achieve our Plan To Zero (PTZ) goals.
• Support your team by performing other duties as assigned by site leadership.

What You Bring

• Familiarity with pallet jacks; forklift experience is a plus (training provided).
• Ability to lift up to 70 lbs. and perform repetitive physical tasks.
• Experience in a production-based warehouse or manufacturing environment preferred.
• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience preferred.
