Job summary

Rehrig Pacific Company in Westampton, NJ is hiring Pallet Sorters for our warehouse. Two shifts available, 4-10 hour days, 7:30 am - 6 pm. Pay is $18/hour with strong benefits including Medical, Dental, Vision and Life Insurance, PTO, Holidays, 401k & ESOP, Profit Sharing, Tuition Reimbursement, and more.

You will sort pallets by manufacturer, inspect quality, meet production goals, follow safety protocols, and support the team. Must be able to lift up to 70 lbs; forklift training provided.

Qualifications

• Familiarity with pallet jacks; forklift experience is a plus (training provided).
• Ability to lift up to 70 lbs and perform repetitive physical tasks.
• Experience in a production-based warehouse or manufacturing environment preferred.
• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Sort pallets by manufacturer, quality, and grade through visual inspection.
• Identify and assess repair needs using established criteria.
• Meet production goals while maintaining high standards of quality.
• Follow safety protocols to help us achieve our Plan To Zero (PTZ) goals.
• Support your team by performing other duties as assigned by site leadership.
