Rehrig Pacific Company, Inc. is hiring Warehouse Sorters for our Elwood and Bolingbrook locations. This hands-on role focuses on quality and customer satisfaction through careful pallet and break-pack sorting, reclaiming customer-owned materials, and meeting production goals in a safe environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience preferred.
• Experience in a production-based warehouse or manufacturing environment preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 70 lbs and perform repetitive physical tasks.

Responsibilities

• Hand-sort Pallets or Break Pack containers (boxes) based on quality through visual inspection.
• Reclaim customer-owned products and materials with care and accuracy.
• Meet production goals while maintaining high standards of safety and quality.
• Follow safety protocols to help us achieve our Plan To Zero (PTZ) goals.
• Support your team by performing other duties as assigned by site leadership.
