Job summary

Rehrig Pacific Company in Williamsburg, VA, is seeking dedicated warehouse staff to join our pallet sort team. This role involves inspecting pallets, sorting by manufacturer and grade, meeting production goals, and following safety protocols to help us achieve zero PTZ.

Ideal candidates have experience with pallet jacks, forklift training provided, ability to lift up to 70 lbs, and a High School Diploma or equivalent.

Qualifications

• Familiarity with pallet jacks; forklift experience is a plus training provided.
• Ability to operate in a production based warehouse or manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Sort pallets by manufacturer, quality and grade through visual inspection.
• Identify and assess repair needs using established criteria.
• Meet production goals while maintaining high standards of quality.
• Follow safety protocols to help achieve Plan To Zero PTZ goals.
• Support team by performing other duties as assigned by site leadership.
