Job summary

Rehrig Pacific Company is seeking dedicated individuals to join our warehouse team as Pallet Sorters. You will sort pallets, identify repair needs, and help us meet production goals while following safety protocols in a fast-paced environment.

Candidates should be comfortable lifting up to 70 lbs, familiar with pallet jacks, and have prior experience in a production-based warehouse or manufacturing setting. Training is provided for forklift operation and safety certifications.

Qualifications

• Familiarity with pallet jacks and basic forklift operation is preferred.
• Able to lift up to 70 lbs and perform repetitive physical tasks.
• Experience in a production-based warehouse or manufacturing environment is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Sort pallets by manufacturer, quality, and grade through visual inspection.
• Identify and assess repair needs using established criteria.
• Meet production goals while maintaining high standards of quality.
• Follow safety protocols to help achieve PTZ goals.
• Support the team by performing other duties as assigned by site leadership.
