Job summary

Rehrig Pacific Company is seeking dedicated Pallet Sorters at our Westampton, NJ location to help keep operations running safely and efficiently. You'll inspect pallets, sort by manufacturer and quality, and meet daily production goals in a fast-paced warehouse.

Ideal candidates have experience in production-based environments, are comfortable lifting up to 70 lbs, and can operate pallet jacks (forklift training provided). We offer comprehensive benefits and opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience preferred.
• Experience in a production-based warehouse or manufacturing environment preferred.
• Familiarity with pallet jacks; forklift training provided.

Responsibilities

• Sort pallets by manufacturer, quality, and grade.
• Identify and assess repair needs using established criteria.
• Meet production goals while maintaining high standards of quality.
• Follow safety protocols to help us achieve our Plan To Zero (PTZ) goals.
• Support your team by performing other duties as assigned by site leadership.

Shift Details: 2 Shifts available consisting of 4-10 hour days

7:30 am-6 pm

Pay: $18/hour

We’re looking for dedicated individuals to join our warehouse team as Pallet Sorters — a key role in keeping our operations running smoothly and safely.

What You’ll Do

• Sort pallets by manufacturer, quality, and grade through visual inspection.
• Identify and assess repair needs using established criteria.
• Meet production goals while maintaining high standards of quality.
• Follow safety protocols to help us achieve our Plan To Zero (PTZ) goals.
• Support your team by performing other duties as assigned by site leadership.

What You Bring

• Familiarity with pallet jacks; forklift experience is a plus (training provided).
• Ability to lift up to 70 lbs. and perform repetitive physical tasks.
• Experience in a production-based warehouse or manufacturing environment preferred.
• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience preferred.
