Job summary

Rehrig Pacific Company, Inc. is seeking pallet sorters at our Westampton, NJ location to support a fast-paced, safety-focused warehouse team.

You will sort pallets by manufacturer, quality, and grade, inspect for repairs, and help meet production goals in a demanding production-based environment. We offer a 2-shift schedule (4-10 hour days) from 7:30 am to 6 pm with competitive pay and comprehensive benefits, including medical/dental/vision and life insurance, PTO, holidays, 401k & ESOP, profit

Qualifications

• Familiarity with pallet jacks; forklift experience is a plus (training provided).
• Ability to lift up to 70 lbs. and perform repetitive physical tasks.
• Experience in a production-based warehouse or manufacturing environment preferred.
• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Sort pallets by manufacturer, quality, and grade through visual inspection.
• Identify and assess repair needs using established criteria.
• Meet production goals while maintaining high standards of quality.
• Follow safety protocols to help us achieve our PTZ goals.
• Support your team by performing other duties as assigned by site leadership.

Forklift experience (nice to have)
