48forty Solutions, LLC in Westborough, MA is seeking a Pallet Repairer to build and repair pallets from fresh or recycled wood on a daily, piece-rate basis. The role pays $17.00 per hour with a 1st shift: Monday–Friday, 7:00am–3:00pm, requiring safe operation and attention to quality.

Responsibilities include receiving wood, assembling pallets, and stacking for forklift movement. Overtime may be required; competitive pay and benefits offered.

Qualifications

• Must have high school diploma or GED.
• Ability to lift pallets up to 50 lbs.
• Experience in lumber/warehouse/construction preferred.
• Ability to communicate effectively.
• Overtime may be required.
• Strong attention to detail and quality.

Responsibilities

• Receive wood from saw shop and nail together on set stringers.
• Stack finished pallets by hand for forklift operators to move.
• Follow all safety procedures to protect self and others.
• Maintain high standards of quality while producing at high volume.
