Job summary

48forty Solutions LLC in St. Louis, MO is seeking a Pallet Repairer for a production-based role. You will repair wooden pallets from fresh or recycled wood, working on a set shift with pay tied to output. This is a fast-paced, piece-rate position with hourly earnings between $15.00 and $25.00.

Main duties include assembling pallets with a nail gun, stacking finished pallets for forklift movement, and upholding safety and quality standards throughout high-volume production.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Ability to lift pallets weighing about 50 lbs on a regular basis.
• Previous lumber, warehouse, construction, carpentry, landscaping, roofing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Receive wood from saw shop and piece together with nail gun along set stringers.
• Stack finished pallets by hand for forklift operators to move to appropriate areas.
• Ensure safety by following all procedures as set by the company.
• Achieve high quality while maintaining high volume of finished goods.
