48forty Solutions, LLC in Westborough, MA is seeking a Pallet Repairer to build and repair pallets from fresh or recycled wood on a daily, piece-rate basis. The role pays $17.00 per hour with a 1st shift: Monday–Friday, 7:00am–3:00pm, requiring safe operation and attention to quality.

Responsibilities include receiving wood, assembling pallets, and stacking for forklift movement. Overtime may be required; competitive pay and benefits offered.

Qualifications

• Must have high school diploma or GED.
• Ability to lift pallets up to 50 lbs.
• Experience in lumber/warehouse/construction preferred.
• Ability to communicate effectively.

Job description

As a Pallet Repairer, you’ll get to build and repair wooden pallets from freshly cut or recycled wood on a daily basis to fulfill all of our customers’ needs! This is a piece rate position, so the more pallets you repair, the more money you make!

Hourly Pay $17.00/hr

Shift(s) 1st Shift Monday - Friday 700am - 300pm

Location Westborough, MA 01581

• Receive wood from saw shop and piece together with nail gun along set stringers
• Stack finished product by hand for forklift operators to move to appropriate areas
• Ensure safety for yourself and others by following all procedures as set by the company
• Achieve high standards of quality while maintaining high volume of finished goods
• High School Diploma or GED
• Ability to lift wooden pallets which weigh about 50 lbs. on a regular basis
• Previous lumber, warehouse, construction, carpentry, landscaping, roofing, experience highly preferred
• Quick hands, attention to detail, commitment to quality
• Ability to communicate effectively
• Ability to work overtime as needed
