Job summary

48forty-Solutions, LLC in Westborough, MA is seeking a Pallet Repairer to build and repair wooden pallets daily. This is a piece-rate role; earnings increase with the number of pallets repaired, with a starting hourly pay of $17.00.

You will receive and assemble pallets from fresh or recycled wood, operate a nail gun, and stack finished goods for forklift movement while maintaining safety and quality standards on a 1st shift (7:00am–3:00pm).

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs regularly.
• Experience in lumber/warehouse/construction/carpentry/landscaping/roofing preferred.
• Quick hands and attention to detail.
• Ability to communicate effectively.
• Overtime as needed.

Responsibilities

• Receive wood from saw shop and assemble with nail gun along set stringers.
• Stack finished product by hand for forklift operators to move to appropriate areas.
• Follow safety procedures to protect yourself and others.
• Maintain high quality while producing a high volume of finished pallets.
