Job summary

48forty Solutions is seeking a Pallet Repairer in Henderson, CO. You will repair and assemble wooden pallets from fresh or recycled wood on a daily basis as a piece-rate position, with hourly pay during training and after training plus a piece-rate component based on output.

The role requires handling pallets around 50 lbs, lifting and standing for long shifts, and adherence to safety and quality standards. This is a first-shift role with typical daytime hours in a factory setting.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Ability to lift pallets weighing about 50 lbs regularly.
• Prior lumber/warehouse/construction experience preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Ability to communicate effectively.
• Ability to work overtime as needed.

Responsibilities

• Receive wood and piece together with nail gun along set stringers.
• Stack finished product by hand for forklift operators to move to appropriate areas.
• Ensure safety by following company procedures.
• Achieve high quality while maintaining high volume of finished goods.
