Job summary

48forty Solutions is hiring a Pallet Repairer in Fayetteville, AR to build and repair wooden pallets from fresh or recycled wood. This is a piece-rate position with a base pay of $16.00 per hour plus additional earnings from the piece rate.

Work is available on 1st shift (Mon-Fri 6:00 AM–2:00 PM and Saturdays 6:00 AM–10:00 AM) or 2nd shift (Sun-Thu 3:00 PM–11:30 PM). The role emphasizes safety, quality, and high-volume output.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Ability to lift pallets weighing about 50 lbs on a regular basis.
• Experience in lumber/warehouse/construction roles preferred.
• Good hand–eye coordination and attention to detail.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Willingness to work overtime as needed.

Responsibilities

• Receive wood and assemble pallets using a nail gun.
• Stack finished pallets for forklift movement.
• Follow safety procedures to protect self and others.
• Maintain high quality while handling large volumes of pallets.
