PLA Buyer LLC in Terra Bella, CA is seeking a GMA Pallet Repair Technician responsible for inspecting, repairing, and rebuilding pallets to meet quality standards. This role supports daily production goals and ensures pallets are safe and ready for use.

The position offers base pay of $19.00 per hour with potential weekly incentive pay up to $44.49 per hour depending on production. PLA provides a full benefits package and daily/weekly pay options.

Qualifications

• Experience in pallet repair, carpentry, woodworking, or construction preferred.
• Knowledge of operating various saws, including safe use and maintenance preferred.
• Ability to work safely with high-powered saws and tools in a fast-paced assembly-line environment.

Responsibilities

• Inspect pallets for damage and determine repair level.
• Perform precise repairs to maintain high-quality results.
• Use hand and power tools to remove, replace, or reinforce pallet boards and components.
• Meet or exceed daily production goals.
• Identify different pallet types and grades.
• Conduct final evaluations to ensure PLA quality standards.
