Job summary

PLA in Riverside, MO is seeking a Skilled Warehouse Laborer - Pallet Repair to inspect and repair pallets, using nail guns and power saws, to meet high-quality standards in a fast-paced environment.

The role offers performance-based pay, weekly pay, PTO, full medical/dental/vision coverage, an HSA with company contributions, and a 401(k) with employer match. Starting pay is $20/hour with potential up to $29/hour for top performers.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in manual labor or a similar field.
• Ability to stand, lift up to 75 lbs, and work full shifts in a warehouse.
• Familiarity with pallet repair processes and safety procedures.

Responsibilities

• Inspect pallets for damage and wear, repair as needed.
• Use nail guns and power saws to repair pallets.
• Replace boards, reinforce weak areas, and remove nails.
• Maintain a clean, organized work area and follow safety procedures.
• Collaborate with team to meet daily production goals.
