Relogistics is seeking a Pallet Repair Technician to help customers by returning damaged pallets to service-ready condition and coordinating with the on-site team. You will process paperwork, operate woodworking tools, and ensure quality while maintaining safety.

The role is on-site in Rialto, with shift hours and full-time benefits described in the posting. The position requires a high school diploma or GED, strong communication skills, and the ability to work overtime as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience safely operating air-driven, electric, and manual woodworking tools.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to work overtime when needed.

Responsibilities

• Accurately complete production paperwork to track progress.
• Utilize appropriate tools to return damaged pallets to service-ready condition.
• Communicate with Shift Lead or On‑Site Manager regularly.
• Examine products after repairing to verify quality standards.
• Maintain a clean and safe working environment.
• Work without constant supervision to meet production quotas.
• Hand stack pallets to appropriate heights.
• Load and unload materials from trailers by hand.
• Move pallets to the appropriate staging area.
• Check loads to ensure they are secure.
• Coordinate trailer moves within yard management system.
