The position offers an hourly wage of $16.00 and requires a high school diploma or GED, with overtime possible. You will work with a team, perform quality checks, and operate various woodworking tools in a safe environment.

Qualifications

• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to work overtime when needed.

Responsibilities

• Accurately complete production paperwork to track progress.
• Use tools to return damaged pallets to service-ready condition.
• Communicate with Shift Lead or On-Site Manager regularly.
• Examine pallets after repair to verify quality standards.
• Maintain a clean and safe working environment.
• Work without constant supervision to meet production quotas in repair area.
• Hand stack pallets to appropriate heights and load/unload materials by hand.
• Move pallets to staging areas and ensure loads are secure.
• Coordinate trailer moves within yard management system.
• Operate air-driven, electric, and manual woodworking tools safely.
