Job summary

48forty Solutions is hiring a Pallet Repairer in Amarillo, TX. The role is a first-shift, piece-rate position with hourly pay of $16.00 plus a piece-rate incentive. You will receive pallets from the saw shop, assemble and stack finished pallets, and ensure safety and quality on every shift.

Applicants should have a High School Diploma or GED, the ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly, and ideally prior lumber/warehouse or construction experience. OT may be required as needed.

Qualifications

• Must have a High School Diploma or GED.
• Ability to lift pallets weighing ~50 lbs regularly.
• Experience in lumber/warehouse/construction trades preferred.
• Must be detail oriented and committed to quality.
• Effective communication and reliability are essential.

Responsibilities

• Receive wood and assemble pallets with a nail gun and stringers.
• Stack finished pallets for forklift movement.
• Follow safety procedures and maintain high quality with high output.
• Perform duties in a manner consistent with company standards.
