Relogistics in Tyler, TX is seeking a Pallet Repair Technician to repair damaged pallets and return them to service-ready condition. You will handle paperwork, coordinate loading, and ensure quality while maintaining a safe work area.

The role offers hourly pay with a Saturday-Monday shift and opportunities for overtime, with a focus on efficiency and reliability in pallet repair operations.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated, experience safely operating air-driven, electric, and manual woodworking tools.
• High school degree or GED required.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills needed.
• Ability to work overtime when needed.

Responsibilities

• Accurately complete production paperwork to track progress.
• Utilize appropriate tools and methods to return damaged pallets to service-ready condition.
• Communicate directly with Shift Lead or On-Site Manager regularly.
• Examine products after repairing to verify conformance to quality standards.
• Maintain a clean and safe working environment.
• Efficiently work without constant supervision to achieve production quotas in the repair area safely.
• Hand stack pallets to appropriate heights.
• Load and unload materials from trailers by hand.
• Move pallets, or materials on pallets or in crates, to the appropriate staging area.
• Check loads to make sure they are secure.
• Coordinate trailers moves within yard management system.

Overview

As a Pallet Repair Technician, you’ll get to assist our customers with their damaged pallets. You’ll return them to service-ready condition before consolidating and shipping them back to the customer. Your success is vital to the overall relationship with our customer!

Hourly Pay:

$16.00/hr

Shift(s):

Shift: Saturday - Monday 5:30am - 6:00pm

What You'll Do
