You will supervise pallet handling, forklift tasks, and customer service while coordinating with plant management. This position requires 3–5 years in a similar facility and a high school diploma or GED, with opportunities for advancement and benefits.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in a warehouse or similar facility.
• Proven ability to lead a team and drive performance.
• Strong communication with plant management on a regular basis.

Responsibilities

• Enforce safety standards and achieve production goals.
• Provide leadership and mentorship to the production team.
• Perform pallet sort, light pallet repair, forklift operation, and customer service duties.
• Lead production and provide customer support as needed.
• Work overtime or swing shifts when required.
