48forty Solutions is seeking an Operations Supervisor to work with Plant management to develop personnel and ensure smooth, efficient operations. Two shifts are available: 1st shift 7am–3:30pm and 2nd shift 4pm–12:30am, Mon–Fri.

Responsibilities include enforcing safety, leading the production team, pallet handling, forklift operation, and supporting customers. Competitive benefits accompany a strong team environment.

Qualifications

• Enforce safety standards and achieve production goals.
• Provide leadership and mentorship to the production team.
• Demonstrated experience leading a team in a warehouse environment.
• Ability to communicate with Plant management regularly.
• 3–5 years of experience in a Warehouse or similar facility.

• Operate forklift and manage daily warehouse tasks.

As an Operations Supervisor, you’ll get to work closely with Plant management in developing all plant personnel and ensure operations run smoothly and efficiently! We’re looking for someone who is ready to take their experience in a similar industry and grow!
We're looking for somone for 1st shift and someone for 2nd shift!
1st Shift Mon - Fri 7am - 330pm
2nd Shift Mon - Fri 4pm - 1230am
