Job summary

48forty Solutions is seeking an Operations Supervisor to work with plant management and develop site personnel, ensuring smooth and efficient operations. The role requires leadership of the production function, oversight of pallet-related tasks, and collaboration with customers.

Multiple shifts are available, with standard Mon-Fri schedules for 1st and 2nd shifts. Applicants should have a High School Diploma or GED, 3–5 years in a warehouse, and proven team leadership with strong communication

Qualifications

High School Diploma or GED is required.
3–5 years of experience in a warehouse or similar facility.
Demonstrated experience leading a team.
Ability to communicate with Plant management team regularly.

Responsibilities

Enforce safety standards, achieve production goals, and maintain quality standards.
Provide leadership and mentorship to the production function of the site.
Perform pallet sort, light pallet repair, forklift operation and customer service duties.
Lead production and provide customer support when necessary.
Work overtime as needed or swing shifts at times.
