48forty Solutions, LLC is seeking an Operations Supervisor to work on our production floor in Bucks County, PA. The role focuses on leading the warehouse team, enforcing safety, and achieving production goals for the site.

You will supervise pallet handling, forklift tasks, and customer service while coordinating with plant management. This position requires 3–5 years in a similar facility and a high school diploma or GED, with opportunities for advancement and benefits.

Overview

As an Operations Supervisor, you’ll get to work closely with Plant management in developing all plant personnel and ensure operations run smoothly and efficiently! We’re looking for someone who is ready to take their experience in a similar industry and grow!

We're looking for somone for 1st shift and someone for 2nd shift!

1st Shift: Mon - Fri 7am - 3:30pm

2nd Shift: Mon - Fri 4pm - 12:30am

What You'll Do

• Enforce safety standards, achieve production goals, and maintain quality standards
• Provide leadership and mentorship to the production function of the site
• Perform pallet sort, light pallet repair, forklift operation and customer service duties
• Lead production and provide customer support when necessary
• Work overtime as needed or swing shifts at times

What You'll Need

• High School Diploma or GED
• 3-5 years of experience in a Warehouse or similar facility
• Demonstrated experience leading a team
• Ability to communicate with Plant management team effectively on a regular basis
