Job summary

48forty Solutions in Eastford, CT is seeking a Production Supervisor to partner with plant management to drive safety, productivity, and quality across the site. You will mentor the production team, oversee pallet sort and forklift tasks, and ensure customer service standards are met.

As a Production Supervisor, you’ll get to work closely with Plant management in developing all plant personnel and ensure operations runs smoothly and efficiently! We’re looking for someone who is ready to take their experience in a similar industry and grow!

Hourly Pay:

$21.00-24.00/hr

Shift(s):

2nd Shift: Monday - Friday 4:00pm - 12:30am
