Job summary

PepsiCo in Hawaii is seeking a warehouse worker responsible for building pallets for bulk and route loads using forklift and pallet jack. The role emphasizes accuracy in loading, compliance with shipper/receiver documents, and maintaining a clean, safe work environment in varied weather conditions.

Lifting heavy cases (20–45 lbs) is routine. Primary duties include selecting and loading pallets, marking out-of-stock items, wrapping finished pallets, and staging loads for trucks.

Qualifications

• 18 years or older.
• Experience working in a warehouse environment (order selector/picking, loading/unloading pallets).
• Experience driving a forklift and operating a powered pallet jack.
• Knowledge of racking systems and loading/unloading pallets.
• Experience working in a team environment.

Responsibilities

• Drive power pallet jack or forklift to picking area and build pallet/load according to the load sheet or voice pick system.
• Mark load ticket for out of stock items.
• Wrap pallet when the pallet/load is finished.
• Turn in paperwork with the order for check before loading and have the truck checked.
• Stage pallet and/or load into the truck when ready.
• Complete partial pallets and put away mixed pallets.
• Maintain proper housekeeping standards in the work area.
• Regular, reliable, predictable attendance.
