Job summary

PepsiCo in the United States (Wisconsin, Pleasant Prairie) is seeking a warehouse associate to build and load pallets for bulk, route, and local deliveries. You will operate a forklift or pallet jack, follow load sheets, and ensure accuracy and safety in every shift.

The role requires lifting high volumes of cases (20–45 lbs), standing, walking, bending, and constant movement while maintaining neat work areas and timely deliveries.

Qualifications

• Experience working in a warehouse environment, including loading and staging pallets.
• Ability to operate a forklift or pallet jack and move pallets safely.
• Comfort with loading/unloading pallets and collaborating with team members.
• Team environment experience and reliable attendance.

Responsibilities

• Drive power pallet jack or forklift to picking area and build pallet/load according to load sheet or voice pick audio equipment.
• Mark load ticket for out of stock items.
• Wrap pallet when pallet/load is finished.
• Turn in paper work with order for check before loading and have truck checked.
• Stage pallet and/or load into truck when ready.
• Complete partial pallets and put away mixed pallets.
• Maintain proper housekeeping standards in work area.
• Regular, reliable, predictable attendance.
