Job summary

Vireo Health, Inc. is seeking a Cultivation Technician for our Palatka grow facility in Florida.

This hands-on farming role involves trimming, packaging, moving plant material, and maintaining clean, organized workspaces while following SOPs and production plans. The position requires dependable attendance, the ability to adapt to changing tasks, and maintaining high quality amidst hot, humid, and bright working conditions.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation to the Palatka facility.
• Ability to obtain and maintain any state-required credentials for working in a licensed cannabis facility.
• Previous experience in agriculture, cultivation, food handling, warehouse, or manufacturing is preferred but not required.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
• Clear verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Trim, package, and move plant material to keep production moving on schedule.
• Keep your workspace and the facility clean, neat, and organized throughout every shift.
• Follow standard operating procedures and direction from leads and managers without issue.
• Move between tasks and work areas as the needs of the crop and the production plan change.
• Hold a consistent quality standard on everything you touch, from trim to packaging.
• Communicate clearly with teammates and leaders about progress, problems, and supplies.
• Take ownership of your assignments and see them through to completion.
• Support other cultivation and production duties as assigned.
