Job summary

Vireo Health, Inc. is seeking a Cultivation Technician (1st or 2nd shift) at the Palatka grow facility in Florida. This hands-on role involves trimming, packaging, moving plant material, and maintaining cleanliness while adhering to SOPs.

The position requires punctuality, reliability, and the ability to work in a hot, humid grow environment with strong cannabis odor. Ideal candidates will have valid driver’s license, willingness to obtain state credentials, and prior experience in agriculture

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation to the Palatka facility.
• Ability to obtain and maintain state-required credentials for a licensed cannabis facility.
• Prior experience in agriculture, cultivation, food handling, warehouse, or manufacturing preferred.

Responsibilities

• Trim, package, and move plant material to keep production on schedule.
• Maintain a clean, organized workspace and facility throughout each shift.
• Follow SOPs and directions from leads and managers without issue.
• Switch tasks as the crop and production plan require.
• Maintain a consistent quality standard from trim to packaging.
