Job summary

Vireo Health, Inc. is seeking a Cultivation Technician for our Palatka grow facility. This hands-on role involves trimming, packaging, and moving plant material daily, supporting a fast-paced cultivation operation in a hot, humid, and bright environment.

You'll follow SOPs, stay organized, and collaborate with leads and team members to ensure production stays on schedule while upholding quality standards and safety protocols.

Qualifications

• Must have valid driver's license and reliable transportation to Palatka facility.
• Ability to obtain and maintain state credentials for working in a licensed cannabis facility.
• Previous experience in agriculture, cultivation, food handling, warehouse, or manufacturing is preferred but not required.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
• Clear verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Trim, package, and move plant material to keep production on schedule.
• Keep workspace and facility clean, neat, and organized throughout every shift.
• Follow standard operating procedures and direction from leads and managers without issue.
• Move between tasks and work areas as the crop and production plan change.
• Maintain a consistent quality standard on all tasks from trim to packaging.
• Communicate progress, problems, and supplies clearly with teammates and leaders.
