Job summary

Vireo Health’s Palatka facility is seeking a Cultivation Technician (1st or 2nd shift) to perform hands-on farming tasks in a hot, humid grow environment. You’ll trim, package, move material, and keep work areas clean while following SOPs and taking direction from leads and managers.

The role emphasizes reliability, attention to detail, and clear communication; earlier experience in agriculture or production helps, but is not strictly required.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation to the Palatka facility.
• Ability to obtain and maintain state credentials for working in a licensed cannabis facility.
• Previous experience in agriculture, cultivation, food handling, warehouse, or manufacturing is preferred but not required.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
• Clear verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Trim, package, and move plant material to keep production moving on schedule.
• Keep your workspace and the facility clean, neat, and organized throughout every shift.
• Follow standard operating procedures and direction from leads and managers without issue.
• Move between tasks and work areas as the needs of the crop and the production plan change.
• Hold a consistent quality standard on everything you do, from trim to packaging.
• Communicate clearly with teammates and leaders about progress, problems, and supplies.
• Take ownership of your assignments and see them through to completion.
• Support other cultivation and production duties as assigned.
