Job summary

Vireo Health, Inc. is seeking a Cultivation Technician (1st or 2nd Shift) at our Palatka grow facility in Florida. This hands-on role involves trimming, packaging, material movement, and maintaining a clean, organized workspace.

You will follow SOPs, adapt to changing tasks, and contribute to the day-to-day cultivation operations. The position requires reliable transportation to Palatka, a valid driver's license, and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation to the Palatka facility.
• Clear verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to stay organized in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Trim, package, and move plant material to keep production moving on schedule.
• Keep workspace and facility clean and organized throughout every shift.
• Follow standard operating procedures and directions from leads and managers.
• Switch between tasks as the crop production plan changes.
• Maintain consistent quality from trim to packaging.
• Communicate progress and needs with teammates and leaders.
• Take ownership and see assignments through to completion.
• Support other cultivation and production duties as needed.
