Job summary

Vireo Health, Inc. is seeking a Cultivation Technician for the Palatka grow facility on either the 1st or 2nd shift. This hands-on role involves trimming, packaging, moving material, and ensuring production stays on schedule in hot, humid grow rooms.

You will work under leads, follow SOPs, maintain a clean workspace, and adapt to changing crop needs. A valid driver's license and the ability to obtain state credentials are required; prior agriculture experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation to Palatka facility.
• Ability to obtain state-required credentials for licensed cannabis facility.
• Experience in agriculture, cultivation, food handling, warehouse, or manufacturing is preferred but not required.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
• Clear verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Trim, package, and move plant material to keep production moving on schedule.
• Keep workspace and facility clean, neat, and organized throughout every shift.
• Follow standard operating procedures and direction from leads and managers without issue.
• Move between tasks and work areas as needs of crop and production plan change.
• Hold a consistent quality standard on everything touched, from trim to packaging.
• Communicate clearly with teammates and leaders about progress, problems, and supplies.
• Take ownership of assignments and see them through to completion.
• Support other cultivation and production duties as assigned.
