Geo Owl LLC seeks a Palantir Developer / Data & Application Engineer to design, develop, and support data-driven applications, workflows, pipelines, and analytics using Palantir Foundry and AIP. The role combines software development with data engineering to translate mission requirements into practical, user-focused solutions.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in data engineering, software development, analytics, or related technical field.
• 1–2+ years of hands-on Palantir Foundry development experience.
• Strong proficiency in Python, PySpark, and SQL.
• Experience with Palantir Foundry, Ontology, Pipeline Builder, Workshop, Contour, or Quiver.
• Experience with data integration, data modeling, and data pipelines.
• Active Secret Clearance required.
• Ability to work onsite at Fort Belvoir, Virginia.

Responsibilities

• Develop applications and workflows using Palantir Workshop, Slate, and AIP.
• Build and optimize data pipelines using Pipeline Builder, Python, PySpark, and SQL.
• Design and maintain Palantir Ontology objects, relationships, properties, and actions.
• Integrate data from APIs, databases, files, and other sources.
• Develop dashboards and analytical products using Workshop, Contour, and Quiver.
• Perform data analysis, data quality checks, troubleshooting, and performance optimization.
• Collaborate with analysts, engineers, mission users, and stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions.
• Provide user training, technical documentation, and mentorship.
• Apply security, access-control, data governance, and software development standards.
• Evaluate Palantir capabilities including AIP and AI/LLM-enabled workflows.
