The Diplomat Beach Resort, Curio by Hilton (https://www.diplomatresort.com/) is seeking a skilled Painter to join their Engineering Team. Located in Hollywood, Florida, between Fort Lauderdale and Miami, this beachfront resort offers a vibrant work environment.

Ideal Candidate: Must have at least 5 years of experience in painting, wallpaper hanging and repair, drywall repairs, framing, and patching.

Shift Pattern: AM shifts from 8:00AM to 4:30PM, including weekdays, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Pay Rate: $34.61 per hour

Responsibilities:

• Paint, maintain, and repair surfaces including walls, furniture, and equipment throughout the hotel.
• Prepare surfaces and apply paint using various techniques and tools.
• Install and repair wall coverings such as vinyl, fabric, and foil.
• Maintain and repair caulked, grouted, stained, and varnished surfaces.
• Manage supply inventory related to painting and repairs.
