This stunning 1000-room oceanfront resort offers two beachside pools, a Dip & Slide splash pad for kids, and 1,000 linear feet of alabaster beach. Located in Hollywood, Florida, it features beautiful views, dining options, and sunshine. The housekeeping team comprises over 150 members reporting to the Director of Housekeeping.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years of experience in a similar role, effective communication skills, and flexibility to work various shifts.

Shift Pattern: Full flexibility (AM/PM/Overnight), including weekdays, weekends, and holidays.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist the Director in maintaining cleanliness, service quality, and safety standards across guest rooms, public spaces, restrooms, offices, and event spaces.
• Plan, delegate, and oversee daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual tasks.
• Inspect areas to ensure compliance with quality standards.
• Support systems management, budgeting, inventory control, policy enforcement, and meetings.
• Monitor and develop team performance, including supervision, scheduling, counseling, and recognition.
• Recruit, interview, and train staff.
• Ensure proper use and labeling of chemicals and cleaning supplies, adhering to regulations.
